1 Scope of application

3.1 Tire companies

An enterprise that produces other rubber products other than tires and latex products.

3.5 New enterprise

Refers to the construction, renovation and expansion of rubber products industry construction projects approved by the environmental impact assessment document from the date of implementation of this standard.

3.6 Public sewage treatment system

Refers to enterprises or institutions that collect wastewater through sewage pipelines and provide wastewater treatment services for more than two pollutant discharge units, including urban sewage treatment plants of various scales and types, and regions (including various industrial parks, development zones, industrial clusters). 3.11 standard status

3.12 Unorganized emissions

Air pollutants are not discharged irregularly through the exhaust pipe or chimney.

The rubber materials in this standard include natural rubber, synthetic rubber and reclaimed rubber. The rubber consumption of latex products enterprises is calculated according to 60% latex (not converted into dry rubber).
