Therefore, the reason of the mechanical angle analysis is: slow rotation speed, small rotation speed ratio and small roller diameter. Wait. The reason for the analysis from the rubber angle is that the rubber is too much and the cohesive force of the rubber is large (ie, the viscosity is large, the speed is high, and the rubber compound has a structural phenomenon).

2. The rubber-coated roll has poor performance and even rolls off.

The performance of the roll of the compound is related to the green strength of the rubber, the elongation ratio of the fracture, the relaxation time, and the roll temperature and shear rate. Increasing the green strength, increasing the tensile ratio of the fracture, and increasing the relaxation time for the rubber compound will improve the performance of the wrapping roller. On the contrary, the rubber will have the phenomenon of unwinding; reducing the roller distance, increasing the speed ratio or increasing the rotation speed can increase the shear rate. The draw ratio of the rubber compound and the extended relaxation time can also improve the performance of the roll of the rubber compound.

3. The glue sticks to the rubber and the roller is difficult to separate.

The adhesive roller is related to the surface tension of the rubber on the roller. The factors related to the surface tension include the raw rubber itself, the particle size and amount of the reinforcing filler, the amount of the softener, and the temperature of the contact surface. Therefore, in general, gas rubber is more likely to stick to the roll than the precipitated rubber, and the small roll distance and the time of the wrapping roll cause the rubber to stick to the roll. Reducing the roll temperature and adding a release agent can improve the sticking roller phenomenon.
